Best Easy Belgium Waffles

Ingredients

2 cup Flour

2 tsp Baking Powder

2 tsp confectioners sugar

1 tsp vegetable oil

2 cup Milk

3 eggs separated

2 tsp vanilla

pinch salt

Directions

Combine the flour, baking powder, confectioners sugar, oil, milk, vanilla, and egg yolks in large bowl.

Beat the egg whites and salt until they stand in soft peaks. Fold into the batter (do not over mix).

Pour onto hot waffle iron and bake about 2 - 3 minutes.

Notes

Tastes great with butter, syrup and Hot Sausage on the side.
